UNIS

Unis is established in May 1990 as an exclusively Czech private company. As from the beginning, the focal point of the company activities included process control, extended in offer of electrical part solution offers in 1995 – i.e. feeding and distri­bution systems and the field of instrumentation and control (I&C), which means that it process­es design studies, opening, realization and one-level projects of process instrumentation. Nowadays, EPC-M is the main focus of the company activities. The developed system of large projects management and realization (refinery plants, chemical plants, gas process­ing plants, etc.) arranges significant stability of the company and its further dynamic growth.

Technological Part and Mechanical Part:

The solution of extensive orders, mainly in the field of oil & gas, chemistry and power industry lead to establishment of mechanical – techno­logical section, solving the following matters within the company:

• Design of a process units with calculations of material and thermal balances using the PES software,
• Design of process control (piping and in­strumentation diagram- PID), development of schemes in the AVEVA P&ID system,
• Performance of pressure tests and finally also preparation for transport to the construction site.

Industrial Automation

A historically strong activity is the realization of complex automated systems for control of extensive technological units in petro-chemical and chemical industry, power industry, heating industry, pharmacy and other industrial branch­es.

Instrumentation and control:
Fire and Gas Detection Systems

As a special part of design of the I&C UNIS also offers processing of design documenta­tion for systems of fire detection in process plants as well as in consequent buildings of electrical substations and control rooms.

Electric Systems

Designs of electro segment solve connection to supreme network, feed distribution, LV and HV distribution, engine, light and lighting fitting installations, earthing, cathodic protection, all of that in connection to other professions in the UNIS company and to other professions of suppliers of complex capital equipment (process, civil and mechanical professions, etc.).

Process Control

In the field of technological processes control, UNIS arranges analysis of the process, design of control algorithms, including vis­ualization, implementation and integration of program equipment, production of CS distrib­utor, installation of CS to the distributor, putting into operation, performance of revision and function tests – testing of application software and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing).

Control and Information Systems

As a part of activities connected with tech­nological processes control, the company UNIS develops and implements its own Man­ufacturing execution system. As a standard, the section is system-divided into analysts, consultants, developers and project managers..
The main product of the section of Control and Information Systems is the Manufacturing execution system MES PHARIS®, currently being one of the best-selling MES systems in the Czech market.
Together with the above mentioned development and implementation of the Manufacturing execution system, the section of Control and Information Systems offers related services:
